You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID) before withdrawals are processed.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) hour for verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jilno1 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy, as notified to the account holder.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. 9.2 jilno1's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9.3 jilno1 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.
